JANE HALSEY BIOGRAPHY

Jane is the Founder and President of Roundtable Forum, LLC., the alternative investment industry's leading, boutique research event for allocators and investment managers.  Since its inception in May of 1999, there have been a total of 84 Forums in New York, London, Geneva, Zurich, Dallas, San Francisco, Palm Beach and Hartwell, Georgia.

Jane is also President of Halsey & Co., LLC.  From 1996 to 2001, Halsey & Co. represented emerging alternative investment managers both domestically and abroad.  Prior to forming Halsey & Co., Jane was Assistant Vice President of LINK Strategic Investors, Inc., a boutique consulting firm engaged in offshore fund origination and asset allocation.  During her tenure at LINK, Jane was integrally involved in the development of two fund of funds for the Maritime Bank of Israel, the majority of which was controlled by a Steinhardt partnership.  She was responsible for the creation of marketing materials, administration oversight and investor liaison.

From 1991 to 1993, Jane was employed by Sherman Trading, Inc., a CTA/CPO, where she acted as trading assistant, administrator and investor liaison.  From 1989 to 1991, Jane was employed by Lehman Brothers in New York.  She holds a Series 7, and 63. She is also a Registered Investment Advisor.

Over the course of Jane's 30-year career in the industry, she has built innumerable long-standing relationships with both alternative investment managers and asset allocators.  She is highly regarded globally for providing excellent marketing and business development advice to managers and for offering a differentiated, value-added research platform to institutional investors as well as family offices.

Jane is a graduate of the American University in Washington, DC. She obtained a B.A. in International Relations from the University's School of International Service.  Prior to graduating in 1989 she completed an internship at the Republican National Committee and served as a White House Intern in the Office of Public Liaison during the Reagan/Bush transition.  Jane lives and works in Hartwell, Georgia with her husband and business partner, Gary Lederman, their 2 Labradoodles, 2 horses and a flock of chickens.

In her spare time Jane loves to cook for family and friends.  She also loves gardening and is working on a pumpkin patch for the community.
